The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 86(A1), (3), (4) and (7), 87(1) and (3) and 105(2) of the Local Government Act 2000( 1 ) makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) (Amendment) Order 2015 and shall come into force on 16th April 2015.

Amendment of the City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) Order 2015

2. —(1)The City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) Order 2015( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In articles 2 and 3 for “2017” substitute “2018” in each place where it occurs.
