The Pensions Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2015

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 38(4) of the Pensions Act 2011( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2015.

Commencement of provision

2.Section 7 of the Pensions Act 2011(timing of automatic re-enrolment) comes into force, in so far as it is not already in force, on 1st April 2015.
