The Scotland Act 2012 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 44(5) of the Scotland Act 2012( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 2012 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2015.

Appointed Day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Scotland Act 2012 is 1st July 2015—

(a) section 1 (administration of elections);

(b) section 3 (supplementary and transitional provision about elections).
