The Anti-social Behaviour (Authorised Persons) Order 2015

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(4) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014( 1 ), makes the following Order.

In accordance with section 182(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour (Authorised Persons) Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Description of specified persons

2. For the purposes of section 53(1)(c) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, housing providers (within the meaning of section 20 of that Act) are specified.
