The Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50(1) and (2) of the Defence Reform Act 2014( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.

2. In this Order “the Act” means the Defence Reform Act 2014 .

Commencement

3. Paragraphs 19(b), 20(b) and 21(b) of Schedule 4 come into force on 31st March 2015.
