The Secretary of State makes the following Order in the exercise of the power conferred by section 182(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 17) Order 2015.

Commencement of provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009

2. The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 come into force on 13th April 2015—

(a) section 137 (extension of driving disqualification);

(b) paragraphs 2(1) and (2) and 5 of Schedule 16 (extension of driving disqualification); and

(c) paragraphs 29 to 34 of Schedule 22 (transitional, transitory and saving provision).
