The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 96(2) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Remand to Local Authority Accommodation (Electronic Monitoring) (Responsible Person) Order 2016 and comes into force on 30th November 2016.
