The Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 (Commencement) Regulations 2016

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(3) of the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 (Commencement) Regulations 2016.

Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2016

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 is 1st April 2016, so far as it is not already in force on that date.
