The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(5) and (6) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998( 1 ) and regulation 25(1)(c) of the Education (Foundation Body) (England) Regulations 2000( 2 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Bourne Foundation (Dissolution) Order 2016 and comes into force on 5th January 2017.

Dissolution

2. On 6th January 2017 the Bourne Foundation is dissolved.

3. For the purpose of article 2, “the Bourne Foundation” means the body corporate known as the Bourne Foundation established under section 21 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 .
