The Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2016

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2016.

Provision coming into force on 23rd December 2016

2. Section 21 of the Armed Forces Act 2011 comes into force on 23rd December 2016.
