The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2016

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 115(7) of the Deregulation Act 2015( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2016.

Provision relating to appeals coming into force on 2nd March 2016

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 91 (London street trading appeals: removal of role of Secretary of State in appeals) of the Deregulation Act 2015 is 2nd March 2016.
