The Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2016

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57(7)(c) and (10) of the Infrastructure Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and interpretation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2016.

Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2016

2. Section 50 (onshore hydraulic fracturing: safeguards) of the Infrastructure Act 2015 comes into force on 6th April 2016, so far as it is not already in force.
