Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1)(za) of Schedule 9 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as The Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations Order 2016 and comes into force on 13th April 2016.

Appointment of chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation

2. Sally Collier is appointed as the chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation, and is to be known as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations, from 25th April 2016.
