The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 22 of, and paragraph 4(1)(c) of Schedule 3 to, the Charities Act 2011( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2016 and shall come into force on 13th April 2016.

2. The British School of Osteopathy is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011.

3. The Exempt Charities (No. 2) Order 2015( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
