The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 272(7) and 273(1) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st May 2016.

Revocation of order

2. The Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2008( 2 ) is revoked.
