The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1), 53A(2) and 320(1) and (7)(ca) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Homes and Communities Agency (Transfer of Property etc.) (No. 2) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 16th May 2016.

Specified public bodies for the purposes of section 53A of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008

2. The public bodies shown in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified for the purposes of section 53A (other property transfers etc to the HCA) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
