The Secretary of State makes the following order in exercise of the power conferred by section 21(2) of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2016.

Act coming into force on the 1st August 2016

2.The Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010, so far as not already in force, comes into force on 1st August 2016.
