The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (Commencement) Regulations 2016

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (Commencement) Regulations 2016.

Commencement

2. The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 comes into force on 26th May 2016 in so far as it is not already in force.
