The Housing and Planning Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 216(3) of the Housing and Planning Act 2016( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016.

Provisions coming into force on 26th May 2016

2. Sections 64, 65, 67, 68 and 145(5) of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 come into force on 26th May 2016.
