The European Union Referendum Act 2015 (Commencement) Regulations 2016

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by sections 11(1) and 13(2) of the European Union Referendum Act 2015( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union Referendum Act 2015 (Commencement) Regulations 2016.

Appointed day

2. The provisions of the European Union Referendum Act 2015 that are not already in force come into force on 1st February 2016.
