Childcare
The Childcare Payments Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(3) and 75(2) and (3) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014( ), make the following Regulations.
Citation and interpretation
1. β(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare Payments Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016.
(2) In these Regulations, βthe Actβ means the Childcare Payments Act 2014.
Commencement
2. β(1) Sections 26 to 29 and 43 of the Act come into force on 20th July 2016.
(2) Section 47 of the Act comes into force on 20th July 2016 in respect of penalties under section 43.
