The Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No.11) Order 2016

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 216(3) of the Equality Act 2010( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No.11) Order 2016.

Provision coming into force

2. Section 78 of the Equality Act 2010 comes into force on 22nd August 2016.
