The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 19(2) of the Education and Adoption Act 2016( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education and Adoption Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2016.

Provision coming into force on 5th September 2016

2. Section 1 (coasting schools) of the Education and Adoption Act 2016 comes into force, for the purposes of making regulations, on 5th September 2016.
