The Wales Act 2017 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(4) and (6) of the Wales Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wales Act 2017 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2017.

Commencement of section 24 of the Wales Act 2017

2. Section 24 of the Wales Act 2017 (onshore petroleum: existing licences) comes into force on the day which is four months after the day on which these Regulations are made.
