The Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 118(6) and (7) of the Digital Economy Act 2017( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2017.

Provisions coming into force on 22nd November 2017

2. Schedule 1 (the electronic communications code) to the Digital Economy Act 2017, but only in relation to paragraph 106 (Lands Tribunal for Scotland procedure rules) of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003( 2 ), and section 4 (the electronic communications code) so far as it relates to that paragraph, come into force on 22nd November 2017.
