The Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(1) and (2) of the Immigration Act 2016( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2017.

Provision coming into force on 1st January 2018

2. Section 73 of the Immigration Act 2016 (extension to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) comes into force on 1st January 2018.
