The Secretary of State, having received a request from the constituent authorities( 1 ) to revoke the West Northamptonshire Joint Committee Order 2008, in exercise of the power conferred by section 31(2) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004( 2 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the West Northamptonshire Joint Committee (Revocation) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st January 2018.

Revocation of the West Northamptonshire Joint Committee Order 2008

2. The West Northamptonshire Joint Committee Order 2008( 3 ) is revoked.
