Title, commencement and interpretation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) (Amendment) Order 2017.

(2) This Order comes into force on 31st January 2018.

(3) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) Order 2017 ( 2 ).

Amendments to the principal Order

2. —(1) The principal Order is amended as follows.

(2) For the Schedule (designated bodies) to the principal Order, substitute the Schedule which is set out in the Schedule to this Order.
