The High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017.

Commencement

2. Section 11 of and Schedule 14 (amendments to this Act consequential on the Housing and Planning Act 2016( 2 )) to the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 come into force on the day after the day these Regulations are made.
