The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 115(7) of the Deregulation Act 2015( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2017.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Deregulation Act 2015 come into force on the twenty first day after the day on which this Order is made—

(a) section 19 (insolvency and company law) so far as it relates to paragraph 12 of Schedule 6 (bankruptcy);

(b) section 108 (exercise of regulatory functions: economic growth); and

(c) section 110(3) (guidance on duty under section 108).
