The Business Impact Target (Relevant Regulators) Regulations 2017

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 22(9)(1) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015(2).

In accordance with sections 22(10)(3) and 161(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Citation and commencementI1

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Business Impact Target (Relevant Regulators) Regulations 2017 and come into force on the twenty first day after the day on which they are made.

Relevant regulatorsI2

2. For the purposes of section 22 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (and of sections 24A( 4 ) and 26( 5 ) of that Act), a “relevant regulator” means a body or other person specified in the Schedule.
