The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 160(1), 161(1) and 161(2) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

Amendment to the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016

2.The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016( 2 ) are amended as follows.

3. In regulation 5(1)(d)—

(a) omit “progress”; and

(b) for “section 104A” substitute “sections 93 or 105”.
