The Riot Compensation Act 2016 (Commencement) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(1) of the Riot Compensation Act 2016( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Riot Compensation Act 2016 (Commencement) Regulations 2017.

Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2017

2. Sections 1 to 10 of, and the Schedule to, the Riot Compensation Act 2016 come into force on 6th April 2017.
