The Serious Crime Act 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(1) of the Serious Crime Act 2015( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Serious Crime Act 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2017.

Provisions coming into force on 3rd April 2017

2. The following provisions of the Serious Crime Act 2015 come into force on 3rd April 2017—

(a) section 85(1) (minor and consequential amendments), for the purposes of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (b) of this regulation; and

(b) in Schedule 4 (minor and consequential amendments)

(i) paragraph 63;

(ii) paragraph 66(2);

(iii) paragraph 68(2); and

(iv) paragraph 70(2).
