The Lord Chancellor, with the concurrence of the Senior President of Tribunals, makes the following Order, in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(9) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force 21 days after the day on which it is laid.
Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010
2.The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010( 2 ) is amended as follows.
3. In article 13 (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber)( 3 ) in paragraph (1) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“ (ba) an appeal in respect of a decision of a Minister under section 147(4)(a) or (b) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 ( 4 ) ; ” .

Article 13 was amended by S.I. 2014/1901 ; there are other amendments but none is relevant.
