The Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(1) and (2) of the Immigration Act 2016( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2017.

Provision coming into force on 31st July 2017

2. Section 43 of the Immigration Act 2016 (powers to carry out searches relating to driving licences) comes into force on 31st July 2017 in the police areas of Kent and West Yorkshire ( 2 ).
