The Wales Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(4) and (6) of the Wales Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wales Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2017.

Commencement of provisions of the Wales Act 2017

2. —(1) The provisions of the Wales Act 2017 listed in paragraph (2) come into force on the day which is four months after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(2) The provisions to which paragraph (1) applies are—

(a) section 21 (transfer of Ministerial functions); and

(b) section 49 (modification of water-related functions).
