The Farriers (Registration) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(2) of the Farriers (Registration) Act 2017( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Farriers (Registration) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017.

Commencement

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 1 and 2 of, and the Schedule to, the Farriers (Registration) Act 2017 is 15th September 2017.
