The Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018

The Treasury make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(5) and (9)(b)(ii) of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—

(a) Section 27(1) to (14) (transfer to FCA of regulation of claims management services); and

(b) Schedule 4 (regulation of claims management services: transfer schemes).
