The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 64(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering 2018( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2018.
Commencement
2. The following provisions of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a) sections 1 to 31;
(b) sections 33 to 48;
(c) sections 57 and 58;
(d) section 59(4) so far as it relates to the provisions coming into force in accordance with paragraph (f) of this regulation;
(e) Schedule 1;
(f) paragraphs 1 to 7, and sub-paragraphs (1) to (3) of paragraph 8, of Schedule 3.
