Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Weighing and Measuring Equipment and Meters (Amendment of Secondary Legislation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
