The Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 1) (Northern Ireland) Order 2018

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(2) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 1) (Northern Ireland) Order 2018.

Provisions coming into force on 1st March 2018

2. So far as extending to Northern Ireland, section 56 of, and Schedule 22( 2 ) to, the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (drugs and driving), come into force on 1st March 2018.
