The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 149(3), 150(6) and (7) and 160(1)(b) and (c) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mandatory Travel Concession (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 11th May 2018.

Amendment of Regulations

2. —(1) The Mandatory Travel Concession (England) Regulations 2011( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and cessation), omit paragraph (3).
