The Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(2) of the Pension Schemes Act 2017( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2018.

Provision coming into force on 1st February 2018

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 9 of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Pensions Act 2004: codes of practice) is 1st February 2018.
