The Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 118(6) of the Digital Economy Act 2017( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2018.

Provisions coming into force on 25th May 2018

2. Subsections (8) and (9) of section 111 of the Digital Economy Act 2017(amendments relating to section 108 of that Act) come into force on 25th May 2018.
