The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 118(6) and (7) of the Digital Economy Act 2017( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2018.

Provision coming into force on 30th June 2018

2.Section 31 (lending of e-books by public libraries) of the Digital Economy Act 2017 comes into force on 30th June 2018 in relation to England and Wales and Scotland only.
