The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 182(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 19) Order 2018.

Commencement of provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009

2.Section 21 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (National Medical Examiner) comes into force on 18th June 2018.
