The Bus Services Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(2) of the Bus Services Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bus Services Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018.

Commencement of section 17 of the Bus Services Act 2017

2.Section 17 (information for bus passengers) of the Bus Services Act 2017 comes into force on 26th June 2018.
