The Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3) of the Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2018.

Commencement

2. Sections 1 (regular forces: part-time service and geographic restrictions) and 2 (consequential amendments) of the Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
