The Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 44(2) of the Pension Schemes Act 2017( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2018.

Commencement of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2017

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Master Trusts), so far as not already in force, is—

(a) the day after the day on which these Regulations are made, for the purposes of making regulations, and

(b) 1st October 2018, for all other purposes.
